Public Hearing – Transit Master Plan

The Hood River County Transportation District (HRCTD), operating as Columbia Area Transit (CAT), informs those interested in future CAT routes and the supportive transit strategies with public input opportunities on the DRAFT CAT Transit Master Plan (TMP) update.
Public Comments may be provided in writing by emailing Executive Director, Amy Schlappi, amy.schlappi@catransit.org, or by regular mail or hand-delivery to the CAT offices at 224 Wasco Loop and MUST be submitted at least 2 hours before the start of a meeting in order to be provided for consideration and review at the meeting. This will be the first public hearing. The second public hearing will be May 17, 2023. To make a Public Comment at the HRCTD Board meeting, please attend either in person or virtually. All Public Comments submitted shall be placed into the meeting public record. The DRAFT CAT Transit Master Plan is being released to the public on April 7th and may be found at www.engagecatbus.org.
