Rider Alert: Multnomah Falls Stop Closures
Due to extreme congestion and safety concerns, CAT buses may be forced to bypass the Multnomah Falls stop if the parking lot is full, and traffic is backed up onto I-84.
If the stop is bypassed:
- Riders Traveling to Multnomah Falls from Portland: Your driver will continue to Cascade Locks. You may board the next westbound Columbia Gorge Express bus to get to Multnomah Falls. However, please note that during peak times this driver may also not be able to safely exit the freeway at the Multnomah Falls exit.
- Riders Traveling from Multnomah Falls to Portland: The bus will continue toward Troutdale/Portland without stopping at Multnomah Falls. The next Columbia Gorge Express bus will attempt to stop at Multnomah Falls.
