What is the City of Hood River Business Transit Pass Program?
The City of Hood River and Columbia Area Transit (CAT) have partnered to offer employees of Hood River businesses free annual Gorge Passes through the CAT Hood River Business Transit Pass Program. These Passes provide transportation on all CAT transit services (including the Columbia Gorge Express and the seasonal Gorge-to-Mountain Express), The Link Transit in The Dalles, Skamania County Transit, and Mt. Adams Transportation Services.
The main goal of the program is to reduce traffic congestion, parking issues and costs to work in Hood River, with the added benefit of providing an opportunity to experience public transportation firsthand.
Who is eligible?
Employees of employers located in the City of Hood River business district.
How do I get a free pass?
Please fill out this form, CAT staff will be distributing Gorge Transit Passes to eligible submissions. Staff will notify you when the pass is ready. Passes will be available at the CAT office (224 Wasco Loop) based on eligibility and availability.
