What is the City of Hood River Business Transit Pass Program?
The City of Hood River and Columbia Area Transit (CAT) have partnered to offer employees of business located within the boundaries of the City of Hood River free annual Gorge Transit Passes. Gorge Transit Passes are an eligible fare for fixed route services on CAT (including the Columbia Gorge Express and the seasonal Gorge-to-Mountain Express), The Link Transit in The Dalles, Skamania County Transit, and Mt. Adams Transportation Services.
The goal of the program is to reduce traffic and parking congestion and encourage employees employed by businesses located in the City of Hood River to use transit to get to and from work.
Who is eligible?
Employees who are employed by businesses located within the boundaries of the City of Hood River.
How do I get a free pass?
Please fill out the request form by clicking the button below, CAT staff will review for eligibility and notify you when the pass is ready. Pass requests will be approved based on eligibility and availability. Passes will be available for pickup Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm at the CAT office (224 Wasco Loop).
