DESCRIPTION:Hood River County Transportation District will hold a supplemental budget hearing for Fiscal Year 2020 – 2021 which will provide an opportunity for public comment. Due to COVID-19 HRCTD received reduced fares and contract revenue\, and spent less on operating expenses and personnel.
